Kakao Mobility noted on the 7th that it will participate as a sponsor of the '2025 Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival' and provide various guidance facilities and a digital booklet that offers a view of attractions for festival visitors.

This festival, themed 'Everyone's Garden,' will be held from the 8th to the 12th at Yeongdeungpo-gu Yeouiseo-ro. Yeongdeungpo-gu plans to decorate the festival area with various flowers and plants, creating a large garden-like atmosphere. Visitors are expected to check event information and plan their visits efficiently through the digital booklet available on the Kakao T and Kakao Navi apps.

The digital booklet includes ▲a map of the festival venue and locations of various facilities, as well as program details by location, ▲'Parking information' that allows users to check and book nearby parking in advance ▲'Nearby restaurant information' introducing hidden local eateries, and ▲a community called 'Now Here' where real-time festival information can be checked and discussions can take place.

This year, taking into account the high number of foreign visitors at last year's festival, an English version of the booklet will also be provided. The English booklet will include information about Kakao Mobility's foreigner-exclusive mobility service 'k.ride,' assisting foreign tourists with convenient transportation.

Moreover, Kakao Mobility will provide various attractions through the Kakao T app so that users can enjoy cherry blossoms anywhere. Starting from decorating the app's main screen with a city in full bloom during the cherry blossom season, it will host the 'Now Here Cherry Blossom Event.' Users can participate by introducing cherry blossom spots or sharing real-time cherry blossom news through the location-based real-time community service 'Now Here.' The event will run until the 13th, and participants will receive Kakao T points, Everland tickets, and more.

Park Sang-hyun, head of Kakao Mobility's marketing department, said, 'I am pleased to contribute to citizens' convenient and pleasant transportation at the Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival again this year, following last year's event,' and noted, 'In particular, this year, we expect to help boost tourism by expanding our services to foreign tourists visiting Korea.'
