This service allows customers who subscribe to KT 'Internet' and 'Geni TV' to purchase premium home appliances at special discounted prices and utilize customized care services equipped with advanced AI technology.
KT Home Appliance Subscription has evolved from the existing A/S-focused quality assurance service, providing integrated management solutions such as regular professional cleaning and transfer installation support. By combining with telecommunications products, customers can efficiently and conveniently experience the extension of appliance lifespan and maintenance of performance.
This service provides optimized care services according to customers' appliance billing methods. When choosing 36-month installment plans, it offers 2 sessions, and when selecting 60-month installment plans, it provides 4 sessions of premium care services to help maintain optimal appliance performance over a long period.
Starting with Samsung Electronics' latest smart air conditioner, KT plans to gradually expand its offerings to include various smart home appliances like refrigerators and washing machines while showcasing premium care option services. To commemorate the launch, KT is conducting a special promotion on the lifestyle benefits platform 'Akkyeodream' and KT.com, offering mobile gift cards to subscribers.
