Samsung Electronics announced on the 1st that it will operate an air conditioner installation dedicated team earlier than usual in response to forecasts of an early heatwave.
Samsung Electronics will begin operating the air conditioner installation dedicated team in cooperation with Samsung Electronics Logitec starting on the 1st, about a month earlier than last year. The dedicated team consists of more than 4,700 members and will operate until August.
Training will be provided to the air conditioner installation dedicated team on basic mobile device setup, such as Wi-Fi and consolidation connections, practical exercises on connecting SmartThings and products, and configuring key features of air conditioner products to offer more professional installation services.
Samsung Electronics will hold a 'No Wind, No Defeat' promotion to celebrate the launch of the 2025 model 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' air conditioner from the 1st.
The 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' air conditioner not only provides 'wind-free' functionality but also features a system that delicately senses and controls humidity, newly applying the 'Comfortable Dehumidification' feature to enhance energy efficiency.
Samsung Electronics will offer customers who purchase the new 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' air conditioner a cashback of up to 500,000 won or Samsung Electronics membership points. Customers replacing their existing air conditioners will receive an additional benefit of up to 100,000 won.
Additionally, all customers who purchase a 'Bespoke AI Wind-Free Combo Gallery' air conditioner will receive one free professional disassembly and cleaning service to help maintain optimal product condition.
