KT announced that it will start recruiting personnel for the AX Delivery Specialty Center (tentative name) on its recruitment website starting March 12 in order to secure key talent to lead the AX business in South Korea. The recruitment areas include ▲Project Manager ▲Subject Matter Expert ▲Quality Engineer ▲Data Scientist ▲Data Architect ▲Data Engineer ▲Solution Architect ▲AI Engineer ▲SW Development Engineer ▲UI/UX Designer ▲Infra Architect ▲Security Expert, totaling 12 fields, and the number of recruits will be in the hundreds. KT revealed plans to collaborate with Microsoft to secure global AX business capabilities and activate a full-scale revenue model at the MWC25 Barcelona press conference. The talents recruited this time will work with the Microsoft technology expert organization at the AX Delivery Specialty Center and lead South Korea's industry AX projects based on world-class AI technology. They are expected to have the opportunity to experience cutting-edge technologies and new solutions and grow into global technology leaders.

KT supports its talents to participate in global training and education programs and provides various support for them to grow as experts in the AX field within the KT Group. Additionally, it allows them to acquire global-level working methods through joint projects with advanced corporations such as Microsoft.

KT has introduced an AX job preference system and HR policies to provide treatment in line with market value and compensation opportunities for high-performing individuals, along with a new separate compensation system based on individual capabilities and the performance of external projects. Also, the AX Delivery Specialty Center will be located in the KT Gwanghwamun West building, which will offer various welfare benefits such as a 1223㎡ (370 pyeong) daycare center, a flexible work system, and a telecommuting system.

KT operates an employee referral system, providing up to 5 million won in incentives if a recommended candidate is hired, along with additional incentives based on hiring performance. KT plans to continuously strengthen efforts to secure and train talents in the AX field, contributing to the South Korean economy.
