KT announced on the 14th that it will conduct the 'AICE' regular test bimonthly this year to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) literacy among various social members from youth to adults.
AICE is a test designed to assess AI literacy, the ability to understand and utilize AI, and was granted 'certified private qualification' by the Ministry of Science and ICT in November of last year.
The AICE exam is structured in five levels: Basic (non-majors), Associate (semi-majors/planners), Professional (majors/developers), Junior (middle and high school students), and Future (elementary school students) to evaluate the necessary AI competencies according to various ages, levels, and situations, including job seekers and practitioners in corporations.
The AICE Associate regular test will be held from April 25 to 26.
Registration will be available on the AICE website starting from the 24th of next month, and the exam will also be offered offline in June.
KT plans to expand the scope of qualification utilization for AICE certificate holders, including preferential hiring and credit recognition, and aims to disseminate AICE primarily in developing countries with high demand for AX (AI conversion).
