On the 13th, Adobe announced the release of the public beta version of the Firefly video model and a new Firefly application (app) that can generate images, vectors, and videos.
The Firefly app is a professional all-in-one tool that helps users generate ready-to-use productions from the brainstorming stage. The Firefly video model, an artificial intelligence (AI) video generation model, supports Firefly app video creation and Adobe Premiere Pro generative extensions, allowing users to create ready-to-use video content.
The recently unveiled Firefly video model is the latest model in the Firefly family of creative generative AI models, used in the creation of over 18 billion assets.
Adobe also introduced subscription plans for Firefly Standard and Firefly Pro, which offer access to Firefly premium video and audio features. The Firefly subscription plans provide unlimited access to Firefly imaging and vector features, along with tiered capacities for premium video and audio features, allowing users to choose according to their needs.
David Wadhwani, president of Adobe's Digital Media division, noted, "Firefly is designed for creative professionals who need creative control that can be used safely and effectively during the brainstorming and production process," adding, "I look forward to seeing how the creative community will convey their stories to the world through Firefly in the future."
