LG CNS announced on the 12th that it has signed a contract to build a generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform with NH Nonghyup Bank. LG CNS was ultimately selected as NH Nonghyup Bank's AI partner, having received recognition for its outstanding AI technology and business application capabilities during two technology comparison evaluations.
Through this contract, LG CNS will establish NH Nonghyup Bank's ▲generative AI model ▲AI-based intelligent corporate document management services, thereby revolutionizing the work efficiency of its employees. It also plans to significantly enhance customer convenience for NH Nonghyup Bank customers by advancing AI banking services such as personalized financial product recommendations.
NH Nonghyup Bank employees can accurately and easily create business reports, press releases, and marketing materials in a short time using AI agents or internal knowledge resource search functions. For example, if an employee requests AI to "create materials for small business loan products," it will search for internal corporate document files crafted in formats such as Word, PowerPoint, and PDF to generate customized sales materials. AI services matching the most suitable corporate clients for specific financial products through big data analysis and creating marketing images are also possible.
LG CNS will apply its 'DAP GenAI platform' in building the generative AI platform for NH Nonghyup Bank. The DAP GenAI platform allows users without specialized development knowledge to easily develop services similar to AI agents by introducing generative AI models desired by customers, such as ExaOne, ChatGPT, Llama, and Claude.
In particular, LG CNS will introduce the latest AI model 'ExaOne (EXAONE) 3.5' from LG AI Research Institute into the DAP GenAI platform. ExaOne will be fine-tuned for NH Nonghyup Bank to build a dedicated generative AI for the bank. Fine-tuning refers to the process of retraining already trained existing AI foundation models with additional data to adapt them for specific purposes.
LG CNS will also enhance the search speed and accuracy of the generative AI platform for NH Nonghyup Bank. LG CNS has dramatically improved its Korean search capabilities by applying its self-developed retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solution called 'KeyLook.' RAG is technology that adds information retrieval capabilities to AI, allowing it to provide accurate responses even when faced with questions exceeding the data range the generative AI was previously trained on or if the training data is false or outdated.
