SK Telecom announced on the 3rd that it began a closed beta test (CBT) for its business AI agent "A. Biz," developed in collaboration with SK C&C, starting from the 31st of last month. The test will be conducted with over 300 members of SK Telecom and SK C&C.
"A. Biz" is a B2B AI solution that supports innovation in corporate productivity by automating daily tasks such as searching for internal and external information, writing meeting minutes, managing schedules, reserving meeting rooms, and providing IT helpdesk services. For example, if given the command, "Check for available meeting rooms tomorrow morning," it will complete the reservation considering seats and schedules.
In addition, the specialized version "A. Biz Professional" enhances practical work utilization by providing tailored features such as legal consulting and news monitoring in legal, tax, and public relations fields.
"A. Biz" is enhancing its performance by utilizing SK Telecom's proprietary language model "A.X" and OpenAI's GPT model. SK Telecom plans to improve quality and usability by incorporating user feedback and aims to launch the official version in the first half of this year, prioritizing supply to 21 major member companies of SK.
Sin Yong-sik, head of the AIX division at SK Telecom, noted, "This CBT is an important opportunity to test the features before the launch of A. Biz," adding, "We will continue to strive for AI innovation in the industry."
