Asian stock markets recorded their highest intraday levels in nearly three years.
According to Reuters on the 27th, the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Asia-Pacific Index (excluding Japan) surpassed the 645 level in the morning, reaching its highest level since November 2021. As of 2:40 p.m., the index was up 0.39% compared to the previous day's transaction.
The Nikkei 225 Index (Nikkei average) in Japan started the day at 39,866.36, up 281.78 points (0.71%) from the previous trading day, marking its third consecutive increase. At one point, the Nikkei Index even regained the psychological support level of 40,000.
Asian stock markets are showing strength due to the easing tensions in the Middle East following the Israel-Iran ceasefire, and expectations that the deadline for trade negotiations with the United States may be extended.
