On the same day, President Trump said through his social media platform, Truth Social, “Iran has officially responded with a very weak response as expected to our destruction of their nuclear facilities.”

He added that the response to Iran's attack was very effective, explaining, “Fourteen missiles were launched, thirteen were intercepted, and one was left as it was aimed in a non-threatening direction.”

President Trump emphasized, “I am pleased to report that no Americans were injured and there was very little damage.”

He expressed, “Hopefully, there will be no more hatred,” and stated, “I would like to thank Iran for the fact that there were no casualties by informing us of the (attack plans) in advance.”

Earlier, on the 21st, President Trump had warned that if Iran retaliated against the U.S. following the attack on three Iranian nuclear facilities, a greater force would be used. However, his message leaned more toward 'restraint in escalation.'

President Trump stated, “Perhaps Iran can move toward peace and harmony in the region (Middle East),” and noted, “I fervently encourage Israel to do the same.”
