Donald Trump, the U.S. president, reportedly earned $600 million (approximately 820 billion won) last year through virtual assets and real estate.

On the 13th (local time), according to Reuters and CNN, the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) disclosed the revenue that President Trump earned from virtual assets, real estate, licensing businesses, and other ventures.

According to the report, President Trump earned $57.35 million from the virtual asset platform 'World Liberty Financial (WLF)' token, established last September by his eldest son, Trump Jr., and his second son, Eric. The data indicated that WLF holds $15.75 billion in tokens.

President Trump also generated revenue through real estate assets. His three golf resorts in Florida—Jupiter, Doral, and West Palm Beach—along with the membership club Mar-a-Lago recorded at least $217.7 million in revenue.

In addition, he has recorded revenue from a licensing fee of $5 million from a development project in Vietnam, $10 million from business development fees in India, and $16 million from business licensing fees in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He earned $1.3 million from the sale of the 'Greenwood Bible' created in collaboration with country singer Lee Greenwood, $2.8 million from Trump watches, and $2.5 million from the sale of Trump sneakers and perfume. Revenue from the sale of digital trading cards depicting himself amounted to $1.16 million.

However, the reported income is based on last year, and it appears that the revenue generated from the meme coin $TRUMP, which President Trump launched just before his inauguration in January of this year, was not included. According to Reuters, the fee revenue from $TRUMP is estimated to be $320 million.

According to Reuters, income from investments in the government bonds fund managed by Blue Owl Capital and Charles Schwab, along with income from interest and dividends from asset managers like Invesco, is estimated to be at least $12 million. Reuters estimated President Trump's wealth to exceed $1.6 billion (over 2.19 trillion won) based on its own calculations.
