A 92-year-old grandmother who does 200 push-ups and 100 sit-ups daily in China has become a hot topic for her longevity secret.

According to the South China Morning Post (SCMP) and Chinese My News on the 11th, 92-year-old grandmother Li revealed her longevity secret at a Yao ethnic minority festival held in early June in Zhanghua Yao Autonomous County, Hunan Province.

Grandmother Li said, "My push-up form may not be perfect, but I do 200 of them every day," adding, "Due to frequent rain making outdoor exercise inconvenient, I developed a habit of exercising at home."

On this day, grandmother Li easily completed 100 sit-ups and 200 push-ups at her home in response to reporters' requests.

Grandmother Li noted, "Since I started exercising, my health has greatly improved," and continued, "Recently, some of my gray hair has turned black again."
