Reuters reported that, citing North Korean internet monitoring analysts in the United Kingdom, the internet outage in North Korea affects all access routes. It is believed that the cause is more likely an internal issue than a cyberattack.

Reuters added that currently, access to North Korea's main news homepage and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website is unavailable.
