Donald Trump, the President of the United States, visited TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas, on the 2nd (Korea standard time) with his granddaughter Kai Trump (17), where the CJ Cup presented by Sony is being held on the U.S. Professional Golf Tour.

On that day, Kai visited the venue at the invitation of the tournament sponsor, CJ Group. She toured the 'House of CJ,' a multifaceted cultural introduction space that showcases Korean food, cosmetics, movies, and popular music, prepared by CJ next to the 18th hole fairway. CJ reported that she particularly showed interest at the Olive Young cosmetics corner, praising it as 'the best in the world.'

Kai Trump is the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr., the eldest son of President Trump. She gained global attention by giving a speech at Trump's inauguration, introducing the human side of President Trump under the theme 'My grandfather.'

Currently active as a high school golf player, Kai is expected to enter the University of Miami as a golf scholarship student in the fall. She is also an influencer, currently with over 1 million subscribers on her YouTube channel, 1.7 million followers on Instagram, and 910,000 followers on her X account.

Callaway Golf and TaylorMade Golf signed a sponsorship agreement with Kai worth $1.2 million (approximately 1.7 billion won).

Meanwhile, on that day, Kai primarily watched the match between world number one Scottie Scheffler, world number one Jordan Spieth (both from the U.S.), and Kim Si-woo. After the match ended, Kai met Scheffler separately.
