A Chinese 'mukbang' influencer revealed a video of raiding a seafood buffet in Japan while saying, "I will teach a lesson to the Japanese." However, oddly enough, the restaurant in question was owned by Chinese.

On 21st (local time), according to Japanese media, a Chinese TikToker named Deng Shunfeng posted a video titled "I raided Japan's best seafood buffet" on his account on the 9th. He is a mukbang TikToker with 4.3 million followers.

In the video, Deng Shunfeng said, "I will teach the Japanese about human decency," while piling up food from the buffet onto his plate like a mountain. He repeatedly laughed loudly and devoured the food.

When other customers stared at him, he raised his voice, saying, "What do the Lebenguiz (日本鬼子·a derogatory term used by Chinese for Japanese) have to do with this?" When a staff member came over to speak to him, he questioned, "Are you telling me to leave?"

After finishing his meal, Deng Shunfeng rolled up his sleeves and, while patting his stomach, remarked, "I ate to my heart's content." He also sneered at customers entering the restaurant, asking, "Are these people even able to eat?"

The restaurant, where Deng Shunfeng expressed anti-Japanese sentiment and caused a nuisance, was actually owned by a Chinese. It is said that a Chinese woman opened the buffet chain in 2014 and now operates 15 stores in Japan. The restaurant stated to Japanese media, "(Deng Shunfeng) filmed without permission," and added, "This behavior is harmful to the restaurant, and we will not accept him again if he visits."
