Audi Korea is focusing on the expansion of infrastructure in the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam (Buhulgyeong) area. The premium service network in this region is being strengthened.
Recently, Audi Korea has been developing a network that provides customized premium services by either opening new showrooms and service centers or renovating existing ones, primarily in major hub cities such as Jinju, Changwon, Ulsan, and Busan.
By integrating sales and maintenance services in the region through its official dealer, Iron Auto, Audi Korea ensures a consistent and continuous Audi brand experience for customers even after purchasing their vehicles.
The 'Audi Jinju Service Center,' which was renovated and reopened in February 2025, serves as a key hub for customers in the western Gyeongnam region, featuring a total floor area of 498.2 square meters and equipped with four work bays, allowing for maintenance of up to 15 vehicles per day. A dedicated lounge for waiting customers has also been established to enhance customer satisfaction.
In July, the 'Audi Changwon Showroom and Service Center' opened. The showroom can display up to four vehicles and has an independent consultation space to provide personalized sales services. The service center, which opened alongside, is equipped with four work bays, capable of servicing up to 25 vehicles per day.
The 'Minrak Service Center' for customers in the southeastern Busan area also reopened after renovations in May. It has eight work bays and can service up to 30 vehicles a day. Further, dedicated facilities for electric vehicles will be gradually expanded in the future. Based on its excellent accessibility near the Gwangan Bridge, maintenance convenience for customers in key southeastern areas such as Haeundae and Centum City has greatly improved.
The Audi Ulsan showroom, which reopened in early July, has a total floor area of 2,988 square meters and can display up to 12 vehicles.
On July 28, the Audi Ulsan Service Center opened within the same building, operating as a one-stop hub that integrates the showroom, service center, and parts storage area under the 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) concept. The service center, equipped with six work bays, can service up to 30 vehicles a day, allowing customers to experience consistent Audi premium services from vehicle purchase to maintenance in one location.
Thanks to this, service accessibility and customer convenience in the Ulsan area have significantly improved, and Audi Korea continues to strengthen the premium brand value based on a locally integrated network.
▲Unified customer touchpoints through integrated operations by official dealers
In April 2025, Audi Korea selected Iron Auto as the official dealer for the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam area and is integrating sales and customer services in the region. Iron Auto operates showrooms and service centers in Busan, Geumjeong, Gimhae, Yangsan, Changwon, Ulsan, and Jinju, also establishing a certified used car showroom in Yangsan and the largest service center in the country, securing broad coverage.
This integrated operation enhances service consistency and consolidates customer touchpoints, providing local customers with a seamless high-quality Audi brand experience.
To respond to the rapidly increasing demand for electrification, Audi Korea is operating electric vehicle repair centers and high-voltage battery maintenance centers at major hubs nationwide, and is gradually expanding related infrastructure in the Gyeongsang region.
Additionally, through a certification system for electric vehicle specialists consisting of 'EIP,' 'HVT,' and 'HVE,' approximately 900 certified technicians nationwide provide dedicated maintenance services.
Digital-based customer communication is also continuously being advanced. Services such as 'Service Reminder,' 'Repair Progress Update,' 'Audi AI Chatbot,' and 'Direct Call Service' are enhancing customer convenience, and starting in 2025, the 'myAudiworld' app will be improved to allow customers to purchase 'ESP (Extended Service Package)' online.
▲Strengthening brand value through trust built on local foundations
Audi focuses on customer satisfaction, which can be experienced throughout the entire vehicle usage process, as a core component of brand value. Building localized infrastructures and tailored customer services is one of the key strategies for Audi to establish trust as a premium brand.
The Gyeongsang and Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam areas are rapidly becoming industrial centers for electrification, and Audi is actively responding to these regional characteristics and changing demands. In the future, the brand plans to further strengthen its position as a leader in the premium electric vehicle era based on a sustainable network strategy centered on customer perspective and experience.
