The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises announced on the 14th that it held a construction industry specialized "Delivery Price Linking System Explanation Meeting" for over 250 purchasing managers from partner companies of DL Construction at the Construction Hall.
The Delivery Price Linking System is a system that adjusts delivery prices in line with fluctuations in the prices of key materials and supplies that the entrusted company provides to the commissioning company when they exceed a certain level.
The explanation meeting was conducted in the order of applying conditions for the Delivery Price Linking System that reflects the industrial characteristics of the construction sector, legal obligations, drafting linkage agreements, and practical training on calculating the proportion of materials and supplies.
Yang Chan-hoe, head of the Innovation Growth Division at KBIZ, said, "For the Delivery Price Linking System to function well on-site, the active willingness and consultation of large and small enterprises regarding the conclusion of linkage agreements are important, and I hope that this education for large enterprise partners will enhance the overall understanding of the system and contribute to the spread of a fair delivery transaction culture."
Meanwhile, KBIZ is designated as the "Delivery Price Linking Expansion Support Headquarters" by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, supporting industry-specific and regional explanation meetings, consultations, cost analysis, and consulting to ensure the effective implementation of the Delivery Price Linking System.
