On the 10th, Hyosung delivered 70 million won in funding to the Women's Central Association at the Jongno Women's Human Resources Development Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to promote employment for women with career experience.
Hyosung's sponsorship funds are expected to be used for the ▲ caregiving assistant course and ▲ senior care professional training course. A total of over 40 women with career experience will receive support that links education to employment.
This year's educational program focuses on addressing the shortage of caregiving personnel in the community due to an aging population. Participants without caregiving qualifications will receive training in the caregiving assistant course, while those with social worker qualifications will receive practical-centered educational support in the senior care professional training course.
Since 2013, Hyosung has been sponsoring employment activation programs to help middle-aged women facing economic independence challenges due to career breaks and age restrictions.
Meanwhile, Hyosung is carrying out sustainable social contribution activities to help beneficiaries achieve independence by supporting rehabilitation therapy costs for disabled children through the Purme Foundation and sponsoring resident artists at the Seoul Disability Art Creation Center.
