On the 10th, KS & Pick, which operates the global entertainment platform OnePick, announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement (MOU) with Nonuni Special Forces Entertainment, led by the renowned composer Kim Hyung-seok.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on an audio source business based on short-form drama and the discovery and nurturing of artist intellectual property (IP).

First, KS & Pick plans to apply the theme music of Nonuni Special Forces Entertainment to short-form content and distribute it on global platforms, generating revenue from the audio sources. They also aim to enable users to reprocess and disseminate the content to enhance the influence of the audio sources and content.

KS & Pick will also promote the nurturing of its new artists in connection with the music content of short-form dramas. Characters in the content will actively work as actual singers or creators, fostering an organic expansion between content, music, and artist IP.

An official from KS & Pick noted, "Based on the OnePick platform, where over 70,000 aspiring actors are active, we have confirmed the potential for short-form dramas to expand beyond simple video content into music, star discovery, and the IP industry," adding that "this agreement will mark a new turning point in the short-form centered IP ecosystem."
