Volvo Car Korea (CEO Lee Yoon-mo) held a new car launch event on the 2nd at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul and introduced the new XC90 and S90 to the Korean market. Both models feature modern Scandinavian style and cutting-edge technology.
The 7-seater SUV XC90 and the 5-seater E-segment sedan S90 are Volvo's top-of-the-line offerings reflecting advanced technology and a human-centric philosophy.
The new models have enhanced their competitiveness with a design emphasizing a modern feel in line with the electrification era, focusing on next-generation infotainment experiences that allow easy enjoyment of OTT, SNS, webtoons, and e-books. The 11.2-inch vertical touch screen has become a medium through which users can experience "digital evolution."
In terms of exterior, changes have been made to the details such as the new matrix LED headlights, front bumper, fenders, and hood, giving a strong new car feeling. The new Iron Mark, along with the application of diagonal mesh inserts and graphic patterns to the front grille for the first time in the brand's history, has diversified into two themes: Bright or Dark.
Although it is not a full change, Volvo Car Korea emphasized Volvo's "safety philosophy" once again at the launch stage of its flagship model, which has undergone significant changes.
