Hyundai Rotem announced on the 30th that it has published its '2025 Sustainability Management Report,' which contains the results and strategies of its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management. The report includes an analysis of the internal and external business environment regarding four pillars: environment (Planet), society (People), governance (Principles of governance), and economy (Prosperity).

Hyundai Rotem has begun producing renewable energy in-house by introducing solar power generation equipment at its Changwon plant. Waste was reduced by 10.7% compared to the previous year, and the recycling rate increased by 3 percentage points (P) from the previous year. The company has employed 21 severely disabled athletes and disabled artists to foster coexistence with the local community, and it has also exhibited the artists' works in its offices.
