Hyundai Motor announced on the 20th that it will conduct hiring of technical talent in the second half of the year to actively respond to future industry trends, including electrification.
In this recruitment, Hyundai Motor plans to recruit talent in three institutional sectors: ▲ automobile production ▲ research and development (R&D) technical personnel ▲ battery technical personnel. Document submission will be conducted over a total of seven days from the 24th to the 30th.
The eligibility requirements are high school graduation or higher, with no restrictions on age or gender. Detailed requirements for each institutional sector will be available on Hyundai Motor's recruitment website during the document submission period.
Hyundai Motor plans to announce the names of those who passed the document review in July, conduct aptitude tests at the end of July, a first-round interview in August, and a final interview and physical examination in September, with the final successful candidates announced between October and November.
Successful candidates in the automobile production institutional sector will be assigned to domestic production plants in two rounds in November and December. Successful candidates in the R&D technical personnel and battery technical personnel institutional sectors will be assigned to the Namyang and Uiwang research institutes, respectively, in November.
Hyundai Motor noted that it plans to proceed with the recruitment under a fair and transparent process.
