Manpower Korea, a human resource management solutions corporation, announced on the 19th that it has launched a consultative body for innovating work processing methods and has begun enhancing its operational strategies.

This consultative body was created to implement a new operational method that integrates the entire production site, excluding the core businesses of client corporations, with people, robots, and automated systems.

To this end, Manpower Korea is in the process of establishing a digital infrastructure to systematically collect and analyze client business site data. The plan is to optimize the operational structure by analyzing the scale of personnel input, areas applicable for automation, and robot deployment strategies based on data.

Manpower Korea has also newly recruited Executive Director Kim Ki-tae to oversee the strategic sales division and Director Kim Gi-nam to lead the digital transformation. Executive Director Kim is an expert who has led strategic B2B sales and new business development for over 20 years. Director Kim has extensive experience in spearheading digital-based process innovations and business structural transformations at startups and platform corporations.

The consultative body consists of multiple departments, including development, operations, and field practical work, focusing on bridging the gap between the field and the systems. It plans to apply and improve quickly through monthly execution and feedback.

Kim Ok-jin, the representative of Manpower Korea, said, "We are now evolving from just being a company that supplies manpower to becoming a partner that designs and operates the workplaces of client corporations," adding, "This consultative body is a starting point for making that change a reality."
