BMW Korea (CEO Han Sang-yoon) will host an invitation event for new BMW Luxury Class customers from September 26 to 28 in Long Island, New York, USA, at the 2025 Ryder Cup, a men's golf competition between Europe and the United States.
This event is part of the benefits provided by the BMW Excellence Club, a membership program exclusive to BMW Luxury Class customers, which includes the BMW 7 Series, 8 Series, X7, XM, and BMW Shop online edition models. Two customers who purchased BMW Luxury Class models from June 1 to July 11, and one existing ‘BMW Excellence Club’ member will be selected, totaling three people, and they can apply through the dedicated BMW Experience application page.
Selected customers will attend the schedule of the 2025 Ryder Cup, which runs for four days starting September 25, with BMW Luxury Class ambassador and former professional golfer Choi Na-yeon. They will receive approximately 13 million won worth of VIP benefits, including accommodation and meals for 4 nights and 5 days, access passes to the Ryder Cup partner pavilion and BMW team room, invitations to four evening events, an official Ryder Cup gift package, and local ground transportation. However, round-trip airfare is not included.
Since 2015, BMW Korea has operated the BMW Excellence Club, a premium membership service unique to BMW that cannot be found among domestic imported car brands, aimed at customers who purchase BMW Luxury Class vehicles. The service not only provides necessary maintenance support but also continuously expands customer-tailored luxury lifestyle programs, thereby consistently increasing customer satisfaction.
Members of the Excellence Club are given priority invitations to premium events and exhibitions, including the BMW Excellence Lounge, and are offered opportunities to attend world-class cultural and sporting events such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Ryder Cup as BMW VIPs, allowing them to enjoy differentiated experiences that money cannot buy.
BMW Korea, while providing luxury lifestyle programs through the BMW Excellence Club, has secured successful results in the domestic imported large car market by presenting a wide lineup that includes internal combustion, plug-in hybrid, and pure electric models with excellent product value. As the middle-aged and older population seeking a youthful sense of lifestyle increases, preferences for BMW Luxury Class vehicles, which feature advanced digital functions and unique designs, are on the rise.
In fact, BMW Korea sold a total of 4,835 Luxury Class models by May this year, securing the number one position in the domestic imported premium large car market. Notably, the flagship sedan, the BMW 7 Series, sold 2,422 units this year, leading the domestic imported large sedan sector again, following its success last year.
