The Korea Small and Medium Enterprises and Startups Agency (KOSME) announced on the 16th that it had established a cooperation network for promising K-startups to enter Europe by visiting the German and French governments and startup support agencies from the 10th to the 13th (local time).

On the 10th, KOSME visited the Frankfurt Investment Promotion Agency (Frankfurt RheinMain GmbH), which is an economic and investment attraction organization in Frankfurt, Germany. On the 11th, as part of a collaborative project with the Frankfurt overseas office, it met with the Digital Hub Mannheim (5-HT) and the Healthcare Startup Support Center (CUBEX) to conduct networking with local organizations to facilitate the entry of small and medium-sized ventures into Germany in the digital and healthcare sectors and discussed support for strengthening regulatory response capabilities.

On the 12th, KOSME visited the leading startup incubators in Paris, France, namely "Impulse Partners" and "HEC Paris." In particular, it discussed cooperation plans for the "post-KSC project" to ensure that corporations continue to receive support for office space, investment attraction, and local market entry consulting even after the end of the KOSME Korea Startup Center (KSC) Paris residency support.

On the 13th, KOSME supported the participation of domestic startups in the European entry exhibit through the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "K-startup Integrated Pavilion" at "VIVA Technology 2025," the largest startup and technology exhibition in Europe with about 160,000 attendees and 13,000 startups.

Notably, on the 13th, as a follow-up project to the memorandum of understanding signed with the organizer of VIVA Technology, Publicis, it held the startup investment relations (IR) pitching event "Super Pitch Korea 2025" to help domestic startups connect practically with local investors and supported cooperation between the two organizations.

Park Jang-hyuk, a global growth director of KOSME, noted, "Through cooperation with local organizations and pitching events, we expect opportunities for K-startups to attract global investment to expand significantly," and added, "In the future, KOSME will spare no effort to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic startups wishing to enter global markets."

Meanwhile, KOSME operates KSCs in five global hub cities: Seattle, USA; Paris, France; Singapore; Hanoi, Vietnam; and Tokyo, Japan, providing tailored support in commercialization, local investment attraction, and specialized programs.
