The operator of the mobility platform 'Tada,' VC (CEO Kang Hee-soo, hereinafter Tada), announced on the 13th that it has surpassed a total of 22,000 uses in celebration of the 100th day of operation of the 'Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi,' proving its success as a transportation service for parenting families. Tada was selected as the operator for the Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi business this year and began operations on March 4.

According to an analysis of usage data over the past 100 days up to the 11th, the average reservation dispatch success rate was 91%, indicating a stable response to the hourly transportation demand of parenting families. Among the autonomous districts, Gwangjin District recorded the highest reservation dispatch success rate at 95.3%.

The most frequently set destination among users was hospitals and clinics, accounting for 21% of all calls. The busiest times for calls were at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., reflecting the clear lifestyle rhythm of actual parenting families. Among the autonomous districts, Jungnang District, Songpa District, Gangseo District, Yeongdeungpo District, and Gangdong District were the most utilized.

User feedback has also been positive. 49% of all users left reviews, with 94% of those who participated in reviews giving a perfect score of 10 points. Reviews included comments like, "They played a children's song when the baby cried," "The driving was smooth, and the vehicle was clean," and "It was my first outing, and I felt at ease," which primarily evaluated customer service and safe driving.

Tada has deployed 300 large luxury taxis, 'Tada Next,' supporting not only reservations but also real-time calls. All vehicles are equipped with premium car seats suitable for children from newborns up to 12 years old. To ensure the safe ride of infants, the car seats can be set to the 'rear-facing' position, which faces the opposite direction of vehicle travel. The vehicles are also equipped with sunshades, electric footrests, air sterilizers, free Wi-Fi, and charging cables.

A representative from Tada noted, "We are considering adding more vehicles in response to the increasing demand," and "We will continuously improve service quality by reflecting user feedback so that the Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi can become a significant support in overcoming the low birth rate."

Meanwhile, the Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi is a project being promoted by the Seoul city government as part of the 'Seoul Birth Support Project Season 2.' Any household residing in the 25 autonomous districts of Seoul, caring for infants under 24 months, can apply.
