Swedish premium electric vehicle brand Polestar is officially entering the French market. Orders for the entire lineup, including Polestar 2, Polestar 3, and Polestar 4, are now available throughout France.

With this entry, Polestar will expand its operations to a total of 28 countries across four continents, including Europe.

Michael Lohscheller, CEO of Polestar, said, "We are very pleased to present our performance electric vehicle portfolio in France, one of the fastest-growing electric vehicle markets in Europe," and noted, "Polestar vehicles have already received acclaim from the media in France, and we hope to see more Polestars on French roads this second half of the year."

Polestar plans to operate offline stores in major cities through direct sales via the official Polestar website, along with retail partners from the Volvo car network.

The first space is scheduled to open in July in the world-renowned racing city of Le Mans, with plans to open up to 10 additional stores in major cities by the end of the year. Moreover, over 100 service points have already been established throughout France, ensuring smooth service for French customers.

Stephane Le Guevel, representative of Polestar France, stated, "We aim to open up to 10 retail points in 2025 alone and plan to accelerate our expansion even faster in 2026." He added, "The Polestar brand, focused on performance, design, and sustainability, is the ideal brand for the French market."
