Agricultural machinery corporation TYM announced on the 11th that it has donated 20 million won in hometown love donations to Naju City Hall in Jeollanam-do and will open 'Honam Plaza' in the Naju Innovation Industrial Complex.
TYM made the donation decision, believing that Naju, where agriculture-based industries have developed based on fertile rent(expense) areas, is gaining attention as a core hub for agricultural advancement. Additionally, by opening TYM Plaza, the corporation plans to contribute to local development and job creation, further promoting coexistence with the community.
Honam Plaza, located in the Naju Innovation Industrial Complex in Dongsu-dong, Naju City, Jeollanam-do, will open in June. The facility will be developed on a total area of 12,100 square meters, with a factory of 1,320 square meters, a building of 1,650 square meters, and an office building of 231 square meters. It will operate as a direct-managed complex space equipped with product display, customer service, and training, as well as tractor assembly and production functions.
'Yeongnam Plaza,' located in Geumam-ri, Dongmyeong-myeon, Chilgok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, will also open in June. TYM will establish a direct-managed network across five major regions nationwide, following the central region, Chungcheong, and Cheorwon.
Honam and Yeongnam Plazas are scheduled to hold customer invitation events respectively from late June to early July. TYM plans to strengthen its brand image through this event and establish its position as an agricultural machinery corporation that collaborates with the local community.
A representative of TYM said, 'This hometown love donation to Naju City reflects TYM's philosophy of coexistence, aiming for growth with the local area beyond mere financial support,' and noted, 'We will broaden our contact points with customers through regional hub plazas like Honam and Yeongnam, and strive to become a corporation that provides practical assistance to the local economy.'
