In a world where waiting in line is a natural effort to obtain something desirable, Renault Korea, having regained confidence with its Grand Koleos, is preparing a new eagerly awaited project. The 'Scenic E-Tech 100% Electric' is set to launch domestically in August and, having won the 2024 European Car of the Year award, the expectations from Renault Korea are high.

Renault Korea (CEO Stéphane Debleuze) has begun to boost market sentiment in preparation for the Scenic launch. They are starting a pre-promotion titled 'Waiting Program.'

Ahead of the Scenic launch, Renault Korea will host the 'Scenic Early Check-In Event' until June 26. During the event period, customers who register as interested in early check-in on the official website will automatically enter the event, and 50 winners will be drawn to receive two invitations to the 'Meet the Scenic' event held in Seongsoo, hosted by Renault. The 'Meet the Scenic' event will take place on July 4 and provide attendees with the opportunity to meet the Scenic for the first time in Korea along with generous benefits.

In addition, Renault Korea will hold a 'Visiting Test Drive Event.' Customers who complete interest registration by June 26 will have the opportunity to compete in a draw for test drive tickets, allowing four people to test drive the Scenic for two days and one night before its official release.

Additionally, among customers who contract and purchase the Scenic from June 27 to August 17, three winners will be drawn to provide the opportunity to participate in the 'Delivery Program' to meet the car early at the Renault flagship showroom in Paris. The Paris Delivery Program for the winners features a schedule of three nights and five days, including a Scenic test drive tour and a course to fully enjoy the French sensibility of Paris.

Renault's pure electric vehicle, the 'Scenic E-Tech 100% Electric,' boasts lively driving performance by combining a relatively lightweight body of 1,855 kg with an electric motor that delivers a maximum output of 160 kW (218 ps) and a peak torque of 300 Nm, based on the electric vehicle dedicated platform 'AmpR Medium.'

Safety technologies reflecting the 'Human First' philosophy have also been actively incorporated. An electric vehicle fire response technology, 'Fireman Access,' was applied by creating a separate passage in the vehicle battery case that allows water to be directly sprayed onto the battery, while the 'Pyro Switch' cuts off the battery's power supply in the event of an accident, further enhancing fire safety. Additionally, a total of 30 advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) have been equipped to improve driving stability across driving, parking, and overall safety.

The Scenic E-Tech 100% Electric has been designed with a flat floor layout, offering spacious interior space. Notably, the second-row seats provide a generous knee space of 278 mm and headroom of 884 mm, ensuring a comfortable riding environment.

Equipped with a 'Solarbay® Panoramic Sunroof' featuring luxury brand specifications, it allows passengers to adjust transparency according to their preferences, offering an elevated riding experience.
