The Korea Importers Association announced on the 9th that the 22nd Korean Import Fair (KIF) will be held at COEX in Gangnam, Seoul, starting from the 7th of next month.
KIF is the only import-focused transaction of consumer goods fair in Korea where overseas products are exhibited and sourced. It has been held annually since 2003.
This event is hosted by the Korea Importers Association and is sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), foreign embassies in Korea, and Alibaba.com.
Over 200 overseas manufacturers and brands from more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa will participate in this fair, showcasing various global products.
Yoon Young-mi, president of the Korea Importers Association, noted, “This year, KIF will be a very good opportunity for domestic buyers looking for new products and suppliers, as many promising global corporations will participate for the first time in the Korean market.”
