The Korea Technology Finance Corporation announced on the 5th that it received the grand prize in the green corporations category at the 30th Environmental Day ceremony held at Busan City Hall.
The Busan Green Environment Award is given by the city of Busan to individuals, organizations, and corporations that have contributed to environmental conservation and the development of the environmental sector in Busan since 2000, addressing climate change, realizing carbon neutrality, and creating a resource circulation society.
The corporation received this award in recognition of its achievements in supporting the carbon neutrality of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the carbon value assessment model and the Korea Taxonomy Alignment System (KTAS), as well as its contribution to the activation of green finance through the 'full financial support' program for climate tech companies in the Busan area.
