Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 5th that it will operate a "flood vehicle special support program" to minimize the inconvenience of customers affected by flooding from heavy rainfall in summer and to support quick vehicle inspections and safe driving.

During the program period, if a flood-damaged vehicle of a Mercedes-Benz customer is brought to an official service center, a free inspection service will be provided, and after one year, an additional free inspection will support the safe operation of the customer's vehicle.

In addition, for insurance repairs, a maximum deductible of 500,000 won will apply, and to minimize customer inconvenience during the vehicle repair period, rental cars will be provided free of charge for up to 10 days within a limit of 1 million won in expenses.

This program was established to assist customers facing unexpected vehicle flooding damage due to frequent weather anomalies in summer, and flood-damaged Mercedes-Benz vehicle customers can visit official service centers across the country to utilize support services until September 30.
