Hyosung's college student supporters, 'Hyosung Friends,' also participated in the event and spent time with the national heroes. Hyosung Friends assisted elderly veterans in having a safe outing and listened to stories about the Korean War directly from the veterans.

Since 2017, Hyosung has been supporting the cultural activities of the home care recipients of the Seoul Southern Veterans Affairs Office. The company sponsors outings, performances, and birthday celebrations to help elderly national heroes find vitality in their lives.

On the 22nd, employees of Hyosung, Hyosung TNC, Hyosung Heavy Industries, and Hyosung Chemical visited the National Cemetery in Seoul to pay their respects at the Memorial Tower. They are carrying out various patriotic social contribution activities ahead of June, which is designated as the month of national defense and veterans' affairs, by placing the national flag and offering flowers.
