The event, held at the Seoul Fintech Lab training center in Yeouido, Seoul, featured key support organizations from Hong Kong, including the Hong Kong Investment Promotion Agency's Korean office, Cyberport, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which detailed the incubating programs, investment attraction strategies, and business environment information provided by each institution.

A spokesperson for Seoul Fintech Lab noted, "Participating corporations showed interest in Hong Kong's startup-friendly regulatory environment, its position as an Asian financial hub, and various government support programs," and added, "In the one-on-one meetings that followed the seminar, consultations on specific support measures tailored to each corporation's growth stage and needs were conducted."

This Hong Kong seminar is part of the global expansion series recently conducted by Seoul Fintech Lab, which previously held a "U.S. Investment Expansion Strategy Seminar" in April focusing on startup investment trends and entry strategies in the United States.

Seoul Fintech Lab plans to continue its support programs linked to a multifaceted global network to ensure that fintech startups can secure competitiveness in overseas markets, starting from the United States and Hong Kong.

Seoul Fintech Lab provides free residency support for up to three years, along with legal consulting, investment linkage, and global expansion programs targeting fintech startups in their first seven years of establishment. In particular, it actively supports the growth and expansion of startups through programs such as open innovation with global corporations, demo days, mentoring, and academies.
