Barun claims, "Although we entered into a delegation agreement with former Vice President Jo for legal work and achieved some results, he did not acknowledge this and refused to pay the fee."

Barun has filed a lawsuit to terminate the contract and claim the fee of 4.3 billion won that has accrued over time. Previously, in January, it applied for a seizure of stocks worth 1.6 billion won against former Vice President Jo.

On the other hand, former Vice President Jo stated, "Considering the work content and progress presented by Barun, it is difficult to acknowledge that the work performed justifies the amount claimed. Rather, it represented the position of Hyosung."

In future hearings, Barun's evidence submission procedures will be discussed.
