TYM, a specialized agricultural machinery company, announced on the 21st that it has signed a tractor supply contract worth 35 billion won over five years with a prominent local agricultural machinery company in Indonesia.

This contract is a long-term project that will begin with an initial supply of 100 units in 2025 and gradually expand the supply volume each year. Through this, TYM expects to secure a stable revenue base while anticipating practical export growth.

In particular, this contract is expected to serve as a critical turning point that goes beyond simple product supply, substantially expanding TYM's market influence based on long-term partnerships in the SIS Dental.

As of 2022, the Indonesian agricultural machinery market, which is growing rapidly at approximately $700 million (around 97 billion won), is a key Southeast Asian market where tractor demand is surging, fueled by the government's large-scale agricultural land expansion policies.

Building on its successful experience in executing the tractor supply project for the Philippine government, TYM has diversified its export markets across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Kim Ho-gyeom, head of TYM's global business division, noted, "As a result of steadily advancing our strategy for market diversification, we have achieved significant results in Indonesia, the largest market in Southeast Asia," and added, "We will enhance the best experience for customers not only in product quality but also in service and parts supply to grow into a leading brand in the local market."
