Hyundai Motor said on the 20th that Gang Byeong-cheol (54), sales manager of the Seoul western truck branch, has achieved cumulative sales of 3,000 commercial vehicles.
Manager Gang noted that Hyundai Motor has implemented a "sales honor reward system" and that this is the second instance in the institutional sector where cumulative sales exceeded 3,000 units.
Manager Gang set this record after 28 years since joining Hyundai Motor in 1997. In February 2022, he reached cumulative sales of 2,500 commercial vehicles, earning the title of "sales master."
To encourage the sales field and foster healthy sales competition, Hyundai Motor operates various reward systems, including ▲sales honor reward system ▲Master of the Year and The Class Awards.
The sales honor reward system awards titles and prizes for cumulative sales: achieving 1,000 units earns the title "sales artisan," 1,500 units earns "sales master," 2,000 units earns "sales expert," and 2,500 units earns "sales grandmaster." The "Master of the Year" and "The Class Awards" are events that recognize outstanding employees based on annual sales.
