Heavy equipment rental and export company Bobin Bank announced on the 19th that it has signed an exclusive brokerage contract worth 33.8 billion won for the supply of heavy equipment and power facilities with the Philippine power infrastructure corporation DeltaGrid. DeltaGrid will receive domestically produced heavy equipment and power facilities through Bobin Bank for three years starting this year.
Through this contract, Bobin Bank will be able to exclusively supply products such as domestic aerial work platforms (vehicles modified for high-altitude work), boom trucks (small cranes), concrete mixers, tower cranes, and power facilities to DeltaGrid for three years.
DeltaGrid is an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) specialist corporation that has carried out several national projects in the field of power generation and distribution infrastructure in the Philippines. Bobin Bank noted that the ongoing demand for high-spec equipment is expected to contribute to increasing the adoption rate of domestically produced equipment.
Kim Yong-seok, CEO of Bobin Bank, said, 'Domestic heavy equipment and power technology will serve as a gateway to enter major EPC projects in the Philippines,' and added, 'We will establish an integrated B2B (business-to-business) platform that goes beyond simple export transactions to include installation, rental, certification, and the establishment of joint ventures.'
