Hankook & Company noted that Chairman Cho Hyun-bum conveyed a message to over 50,000 global employees on the 10th, marking the company's 84th anniversary, and rewarded 2,709 employees for excellence and long service.

Chairman Cho stated in the message, "Hankook & Company, which started as a small tire company in 1941, has grown into a global high-technology group with over 50,000 employees," and emphasized, "We have completed a key future portfolio with the acquisition of Hanon Systems, establishing a global mobility value chain through tire, battery, and thermal management."

Chairman Cho added, "Even amid the trade crisis from the United States, we are responding appropriately through swift and specific actions, such as expanding factories," and noted, "All achievements are the result of the concentration of employees, research and development innovations, and on-site execution capabilities."

Chairman Cho also emphasized, "Now, amidst increasing uncertainty, is the optimal timing to lead change," and encouraged, "Let’s return the results to society and its members through the new order we have created."

Hankook & Company held rewards for 2,709 employees who contributed to the company's growth through creative innovations and have worked long-term for the company's development, marking the 84th anniversary.
