Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) unveiled a corporate value improvement plan to raise its minimum dividend payout ratio to at least 25% of consolidated net income by 2027.
On 30th of last month, KAI announced a value-up plan that included projections for average annual revenue growth, the establishment of a mid-term dividend policy, and improvements in key governance indicators.
KAI stated that it aims to achieve an average annual revenue growth rate of over 20% by 2027, starting with a revenue of 3.63 trillion won last year. It also noted that it will raise the minimum dividend payout ratio to at least 25% of consolidated net income and increase the governance key indicator compliance rate from 60% last year to over 70% by 2027.
KAI explained, "Through this plan, we will pursue long-term corporate value enhancement and maximize shareholder value."
