Asiana Airlines announced on the 23rd that it will increase operations on its routes to New York, Hawaii, and Bangkok ahead of the summer peak season. All three routes experience high passenger demand during the summer.

The newly established Incheon-New York route will operate two nightly flights daily starting on the 30th. From next month on the 30th, a total of 495-seat A380 aircraft will be deployed on the nighttime flight to New York, further increasing capacity.

Services to Hawaii and Bangkok will expand starting in June. From June 1, the Incheon-Honolulu route, currently operating five times a week, will operate daily. The Incheon-Bangkok route, which is already operating daily, will add three weekday morning flights starting June 2, increasing to ten flights a week.

A promotion to celebrate the increase in service will also be held. Passengers purchasing tickets for the Incheon-New York route until the 30th can receive a 15% discount on additional charge seats. Passengers who purchase tickets for the Incheon-Honolulu route by the 8th of next month will receive a 5% discount coupon for their tickets.
