The next-generation CEO School advanced course aims to develop the management skills of next-generation CEOs for the stable succession of small and medium enterprises. It also promotes mutual exchange among trainees. Since 2009, a total of 20 sessions and 474 graduates have been produced.
The 21st session will run for 12 weeks, starting with the entrance ceremony and taking place every Friday, including regular courses and domestic and international workshops. The curriculum consists of corporate succession tax and legal understanding, next-generation CEO leadership, economic trend analysis, ways to utilize intellectual property rights, comprehensive checks on successful corporate succession, and field trips to exemplary cases of corporate succession (abroad).
Lee Myung-ro, head of the Human Resources Policy Division at KBIZ, said, 'I hope this program will provide an opportunity for next-generation CEOs to establish broad insights and a solid philosophy about managing small and medium enterprises, and to share each other's experiences and wisdom.'
