The largest used car transaction platform in the country, Encar, has introduced a seven-day delivery service, the first in the industry.

Encar announced on the 10th that it will start a seven-day delivery service for used cars by introducing weekend delivery to its online purchase service “Encar MEET Go.”

“Encar MEET Go” is a service that allows users to purchase vehicles online that have been directly diagnosed and verified by Encar from the general dealer inventory. Encar supports the entire purchase process, including consultation, payment, transportation, and refunds, and refunds can be made within seven days after the vehicle has been taken over.

According to Encar, the decision to start a seven-day delivery service was made in consideration of the demand from users of “Encar MEET Go” who have difficulty using the service on weekdays, such as office workers and dual-income couples. If the vehicle payment and delivery schedule are completed in the morning, same-day delivery is also possible.

Encar plans to gradually expand weekend delivery and consultation for “Encar MEET Go” based on customer demand and feedback. The company aims to enhance service quality to ensure that transactions with general dealers are conducted quickly and smoothly.
