Hyundai Motor will begin global talent recruitment starting April 1.
Hyundai Motor announced on the 31st that it is recruiting talent through its official recruitment website for ▲overseas STEM doctoral positions ▲internships for foreign students in Korea ▲overseas undergraduate and master's internships.
Hyundai Motor's overseas STEM doctoral recruitment allows for entry by August 2026, targeting those who have already obtained or are expected to obtain a STEM doctoral degree abroad.
The recruitment areas include ▲artificial intelligence (AI) and data ▲batteries ▲hydrogen fuel cells ▲smart factories ▲robotics ▲advanced air mobility (AAM) ▲cybersecurity, totaling seven.
Document screening for overseas STEM doctoral applicants and the first-round interview are scheduled for May and June, respectively. Those who pass the first-round interview will be invited to Korea in August for the 'Hyundai Tech Seminar,' where technology exchanges will occur between applicants in different research fields and current employees, followed by the final interview.
The internship recruitment for foreign students in Korea targets those who have already obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or graduate school in Korea by February 2026, encompassing four areas: ▲research and development ▲production and manufacturing ▲business planning ▲management support.
For the overseas undergraduate and master's internship, the target applicants are those who have already obtained or are expected to obtain a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or graduate school abroad by June 2026, covering five areas: ▲research and development ▲manufacturing software (SW) ▲quality ▲cybersecurity ▲business planning.
Hyundai Motor plans to conduct a five-week internship for those selected through the internship program between July and August, with outstanding participants expected to be hired as new employees.
