The success of NewJeans is their merit, and the surrounding adults who hide when NewJeans is criticized should stop the gaslighting (manipulating others' psychology to strengthen control).

Support NewJeans for the five members, not the NJZ (NewJeans' new activity name) that acts for the six people (referring to the five members of NewJeans and Min Hee-jin, the former ADOR representative).

NewJeans should talk to ADOR. "Stop the litigation without prospects for success and come back to the stage now."

On the 28th, some fans of the NewJeans fandom (fandom·loyal customers), called "Bunnies," conducted a truck protest conveying this message in front of the HYBE headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul.

This follows the previous day's remarks stating, "Tim Bunnies do not represent the opinion of the entire fandom" and "Despite being a six-member group, the penalty fee is allocated to the five members of NewJeans."

The core message is to end the ongoing dispute with the agency ADOR and return to the stage. This contrasts with the actions of Tim Bunnies, who have claimed to represent the NewJeans fandom, and has drawn attention.

Tim Bunnies are under suspicion due to their unusual actions, including directly intervening in the exclusive contract dispute, which differ from typical K-pop fandom behavior.

On the 25th, four days after the court issued a temporary injunction banning NewJeans from solo activities on the 21st, Tim Bunnies released a statement saying, "We are aware that many Bunnies are confused" and noted that they are in deep discussion with the members' parents, legal representatives from Sejong Law Firm, and several legal professionals regarding the current situation, while preparing a statement that summarizes key legal issues related to this.

The next day, on the 26th, they expressed their position that "Tim Bunnies support the members' wishes not to be with HYBE and ADOR." They said, "We aim to quickly complete the objection process and immediately pursue the appeal process that will be heard by another court."

There has been a significant reaction in the community expressing surprise that it was an organization claiming to represent the fandom, rather than NewJeans or the parents who protect them, that announced the concerns for the fans and the future actions. It is unprecedented for a fan club to directly intervene in an exclusive contract dispute, discussing measures with artists and law firms and repeatedly issuing statements to sway public opinion.

In particular, the statement on that day included the assertion that "It is impossible to achieve the contract objectives without former representative Min Hee-jin at ADOR."

Tim Bunnies indicated that the representative with whom the members have established a relationship of trust is Min Hee-jin, who was unjustly dismissed, and stated that many directors and producers do not want to collaborate with ADOR in his absence (refer to the captured statement above). This reiterates what former representative Min had asserted throughout the management conflict with HYBE.

Tim Bunnies have actively supported member Hanni's attendance at the National Assembly's government oversight hearing and have pressured numerous lawmakers to demand the attendance of HYBE officials through phone calls, texts, and faxes. This action contrasts with the taboo of artists being involved in politics. Just before the hearing, they claimed to have obtained comparative material on the project plans of ADOR's NewJeans and ILLIT from Belift Lab (another agency under HYBE), disclosing confidential corporate information.

U.S. Billboard columnist received comments from HYBE and former representative Min regarding the incident where sexual harassment at ADOR was covered up during the reporting process and noted, "HYBE acquired the U.S. local PR agency TAG in early 2024, and suspicions have been raised that it is conducting operations to defame former representative Min through this company."

As the controversy continued, the columnist revealed the conversation with former representative Min and indicated that they had also requested HYBE's stance regarding the sexual harassment cover-up incident through TAG.

In response to a truck protest by some fans recently, Tim Bunnies stated, "They are not Bunnies. It is foolish and selfish behavior."
