Iveco Korea, an Italian commercial vehicle specialist brand, will conduct the 'Iveco Early Retirement Support Campaign for Old Diesel Trucks.' Customers who dispose of old diesel trucks early and purchase new Iveco trucks will receive financial benefits valued at a maximum of 24 million won, the highest level in the industry.
Iveco Korea aimed to contribute to the government's efforts to improve air quality and alleviate the financial burden on customers transitioning to efficient and eco-friendly vehicles.
The target is large tractor and large cargo truck models that fall under the government's early scrappage subsidy criteria of emission grades 4-5 (Euro 4 or earlier models). Eligibility for government subsidy support can be checked through the 'Vehicle Emissions Comprehensive Computer System.'
Through this campaign, customers will receive special benefits composed of vehicle replacement subsidies and comprehensive vehicle management service solutions under the 'Iveco Care Partner' program, irrespective of the brand of their existing old diesel trucks. Through these benefits, which are provided separately from government subsidies, customers will receive additional financial and service support. If necessary, customers can choose a combination of the vehicle replacement subsidy and the 'Iveco Care Partner' program or the full amount of the vehicle replacement subsidy.
In the case of purchasing the large tractor Iveco S-WAY, benefits ranging from 20 million won to 24 million won will be provided depending on the model; when purchasing the large cargo Iveco X-WAY, benefits ranging from 12 million won to 15 million won will be offered depending on the vehicle type.
