The country's largest mobility industry exhibition, the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show, will be held from April 3 to 13 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
The Seoul Mobility Show, held every two years, will feature a record 451 companies from 12 countries this year. For completed vehicles, 12 brands will participate, including domestic brands Hyundai Motor, Kia, and Genesis, as well as imported brands Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mini, BYD, Lotus, and Ineos Grenadier.
Kia plans to unveil its purpose-built vehicle (PBV) lineup at this year's Seoul Mobility Show. China’s BYD and the UK’s Lotus will participate in the Seoul Mobility Show for the first time. BYD, which officially entered the domestic market this year with the compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) Atto 3, is expected to showcase the mid-size sedan Seal.
As for vehicle parts manufacturers, 42 companies, including Hyundai Mobis, SEOYON, and BorgWarner, will set up booths. Hyundai Mobis will showcase a holographic windshield transparent display that provides various driving information in a panoramic view through a special optical film on the vehicle's front windshield.
Not only completed vehicles but construction equipment manufacturers will also participate. This year's headline partner, HD Hyundai, is set to unveil a next-generation model excavator globally for the first time. Shipbuilding companies will also participate for the first time. South Korea's eco-friendly ship manufacturer Vinsen will showcase the electric leisure ship 'E-Pork 2.'
The Seoul Mobility Show, which began in 1995, changed its name from Seoul Motor Show to Seoul Mobility Show in 2021, reflecting changes in the future mobility industry. This year's event tickets can be pre-purchased through the official website, and on-site purchases will also be available. Discounts will be offered for pre-purchases, along with special rates for group visitors.
