CJ Logistics announced on the 18th that it will conduct new employee recruitment from the 19th to the first half of 2025. This recruitment will take place in the form of assessments for various positions including supply chain management (SCM), robotics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and IT development, as well as a global track assessment aimed at selecting future experts in global business management, sales, and SCM.

The global track is a newly established assessment designed to cultivate experts who will lead the expansion of overseas logistics territory. Those who pass this assessment will receive priority for overseas job opportunities after undergoing training to enhance their global logistics business capabilities. Due to the nature of the job, candidates will be evaluated on their foreign language communication skills, multicultural understanding, and adaptability.

CJ Logistics is conducting active recruitment marketing to provide applicants with more practical information and to highlight the company's future vision to talented candidates. An offline recruitment briefing will be held at Catch Cafe's Hyehwa and Sinchon locations on the 19th and 20th.

To strengthen recruitment of key IT talent, CJ Logistics will also conduct campus recruiting by visiting specialized science and engineering universities. Personnel from the TES Logistics Technology Research Institute, responsible for the company's advanced logistics technology, will visit campuses to provide specific information to applicants wishing to pursue positions in robotics, automation, AI, big data, and IT system development.

Application submissions will be accepted from the 19th to the 3rd of next month, followed by processes such as ▲document screening ▲aptitude and personality tests ▲practical interviews ▲executive interviews.
