Kyobo Securities announced on the 25th that it held its '2025 second half management strategy meeting' at the Korea Financial Investment Association's Bulls Hall in Yeouido on the 24th.
About 120 attendees, including CEO Park Bong-gwon and Lee Seok-ki, as well as key executives and branch managers, participated in the meeting. Employees reflected on the management performance of the first half and shared plans for the second half.

In particular, a law firm was invited to give a lecture on the operational direction of the accountability structure and effective management strategies. Topics related to the advancement of AI technology, such as the cultivation of digital talent and data-driven work transition strategies, were also introduced.
As an external lecture, Professor Oh Tae-min gave a special presentation on the topic 'The introduction of dollar stablecoins and their impact on the Korean economy and industry.'
