SGI Seoul Guarantee announced on the 14th that some services were disrupted due to a system failure, and they are currently making every effort, in cooperation with external experts, for a swift recovery and normalization of services.
The company is currently establishing an emergency response headquarters to analyze the cause and determine the extent of the damage, and is working with related agencies such as the Financial Supervisory Service and the Financial Security Agency to ensure that no further issues arise.
Lee Myung-soon, CEO of SGI Seoul Guarantee, said, “We are taking all possible measures to maintain the trust of the company and clients,” adding, “In addition to normalizing the system, we will also strengthen our security measures to prevent recurrence in the future.”
The company plans to disclose additional developments and actions to the public based on the results of future investigations.
